DTAP (Digital Technology Associate Program) is an exclusive, two-year rotational program focused on developing young and talented, recent graduates with passion and promise in digital technologies. At LTI, we believe in supporting the future generation of technology leaders, who make a real impact in the converging world.

The program is committed to providing Associates with rotational, cross-skill training & placements for a variety of professional experiences in the technology domain. Associates will grow skills in critical domains to serve our customers and internal initiatives, as well as become better prepared for what’s next in a rapidly changing world.

Are you the right candidate? Here’s the checklist

Graduated within the last 12 months with an undergraduate STEM degree, business degree with a technical minor, graduate degree with a technology focus, or completion of an accredited software development program.

A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and unrestricted work authorization in the US.
Flexible to learn / work across different technologies, domains, locations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
